HOW TO MAKE ALOO ROTI


Masala Aloo Roti is very easy and quick to make which is very delicious snack for breakfast / kids lunch box .

INGREDIENTS :
1) Maida - 1.5 Cup
2) Boiled potato - 4
3) Soji - 1 tbsp
4) Salt - To taste / 1 tsp
5) Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
6) Mix herbs - 1 tsp
7) Ghee / Butter - 1 tbsp


METHOD :
Grate boiled potatoes in a bowl.
Add maida , Soji, Salt , chilly flakes , mix herbs and mix them well.
Make dough . No need of adding water as moisture is available in boiled potatoes.
Make 6 equals peda from dough.
Take one peda and dip in dry maida.
Give round shape with rolling pin
Now take knife / pizza cutter and cut it to form shape of Square Roti.
Put a pan on gas with high flame
When pan is hot, bring down flame to slow and put roti over pan.
After 2 min, change the position of roti and fry it from both side by adding ghee at corners.
Fry it properly till form golden brown colour.
Take it on a plate and do same process for rest of roti.
Our Masala Aloo Roti is ready.
Serve it with pickle / subji / curry.
