HOW TO MAKE LACHHA PARATHA

INGREDIENTS :

1) Maida - 1/2 Cup
2) Ghee - 1 tbsp
3) Butter - 1 tbsp
4) Powder Suger - 1/2 tsp
5) Samolina ( Rava ) - 1 tsp
6) Salt - 1/2 tsp
7) Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
8) Water - 3/4 Cup

Method:

Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, maida, rava, sugar powder and salt. Mix them well.

Take some water and knead the mixture like a chappati dough.Cover the dough with lid. Keep the dough at rest for 20 min.

Knead the dough for 2 min and apply 1 teaspoon ghee.

Make 4 equal parts of dough and make pedas.

Take 1 peda and dust it with dry flour.

Make big thin roti.

Apply mixture of ghee and butter with brush.

Now take a pizza cutter and cut very thin stripes fron the roti.

Take scaper or sharp knife and pull the stripes out slowly.

Take all stripes in your hands and make it's roll with hands like peda.

Spread the peda slowly with hands in round shape like paratha.

Take a pan and heat it. Add 1 teaspoon ghee and put paratha on pan.

After 1 min flip the paratha and roast it till it becomes brown.

Flip it again and add 1 teaspoon ghee and press paratha with a spoon.

Repeat ther same step on other side of paratha.

Our Lachha paratha is ready! take it on a serving plate and enjoy!
