HOW TO MAKE MOONG DAL CHILLA

Moong Dal Chilla is very delicious dish and very easy to make .
Today we will learn how quickly we can make delicious Moong Dal Chilla.मुंग दाल चीला 
Everyone loves Moong Dal Chilla.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS :

1) Moong Dal - 1/2 cup ( Soaked for 2 hours )
2) Carrot - 1/3 cup grated
3) Cabbage - 1/3 cup grated
4) Capsicum - 1 small chopped
5) Onion - 1 small chopped
6) Salt - 1/2 tsp
7) Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup chopped
8) Water - 1/4 cup
9) Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
10) Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
11) Green chilly - 2 & Garlic cloves - 5 & Small Ginger ( Paste )
12) Rice Flour - 1/4 cup

Method:

Take soaked moong dal into mixer jar and little water. 
Grind them to form smooth paste and take it out in a bowl.
Add grated carrot & cabbage and chopped capsicum, onion, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt, rice flour, ginger-garlic-green chilly paste. 
Mix them Properly by adding little water.
Put a pan on gas with high flame.
Spread oil with spoon and spread better onto pan to form shape as you desired.
Let it to fry for 2 min at low flame.
Turn them to back side and fry for 2 min.
Moong Dal Chilla is ready.
Serve them with Tomato sauce or Coriander mint chutney.
