HOW TO MAKE SCHEZWAN SAUCE AT HOME | EASY HOMEMADE SCHEZWAN SAUCE RECIPE | CHINESE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
1) Dry red chilli( Whole)-100 gm
2) Garlic cloves( paste-50 gm
3) Ginger( paste)-25 gm
4) vinegar-1 tbsp
5) Salt as per taste or 1 tsp
6) Cooking oil-1/2 cup
7) Sugar - 1 tsp
METHOD
-Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. Once the oil is smoking add garlic & ginger paste and stir it till it turn lightly golden.
- Add chilli paste and cook it properly till oil starts separating from paste.
- Add salt to taste and add sugar.
-Turn of the gas and add vinegar immediately .
- When it cool down, transfer it to Jar.
- Schezwan Sauce is ready!
