कुरकुरे मकाई कबाब | INSTANT CORN KABAB RECIPE | CORN ROLLS RECIPE | STARTER RECIPE | ALOO SNACKS

INGREDIENTS
1) Corn - 1 cup boiled
2) Potato - 3 boiled
3) Peas - 1/4 cup boiled
4) capsicum -1/4 chopped
5) Carrot - 1/4 cup chopped
6) Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
7) Coriander - 1/4 cup chopped
8) Cabbage - 1.4 cup chopped
9) Green chilly - 1
10) Ginger -1 small piece
11) Bread slice - 3 ( Crumbs )
12) Rice Flour - 3 tbsp
13) Salt - 1/2 tsp - To taste
14) Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
15) Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
16) Chat masala - 1 tsp

METHOD
Take a bowl. Smash potatoes into it with hand or smasher. Grind corn granules in a mixer jar. Take out into potato bowl. Grind bread slice in a mixer jar to make bread crumbs. Add crumbs into potato bowl. Add chopped - carrot , cabbage, capsicum and onion. Also add peas, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, green chilly & ginger paste, chat masala,salt , rice flour and corianders. Mix them well Take small ball quantity into hand and roll it to form around 3 inch length oval shape rolls. Make all rolls ready.
Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add oil. When oil is hot add one by one roll into pan. Dont add more than 3 - 4 rolls at a time, otherwise it may break. Fry them at high flame and keep it turning. When rolls forming dark brown colour then they are ready. Take them out in plate. Fry all left over rolls with same process.
Serve Corn Rolls with green chutney or Tomato catch up.
