Maggi Pakoda Recipe | How to make Maggi Pakoda | Kids Recipe | Breakfast Recipe


INGREDIENTS :
1) Maggi - 1 piece
2) Capsicum - 1/4 cup chopped
3) Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
4) Carrot - 1/4 cup chopped
5) Cabbage - 1/4 cup chopped
6) Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
7) Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
8) Besan - 2 tbsp
9) Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
10) Green chilly - 1
11) Ginger - 1 small piece
12) Maggi masala - 1 packet
13) Salt - To taste
14) Oil
15) Water

METHOD :
Put a pan on gas with high flame and add 3/4 cup of water. Add maggi piece with maggi masala.
Cook it for around 80% ( Do not cook it for full ). Turn off gas.
Take a bowl and add chopped carrot,cabbage,onion, capsicum, ginger-chilly paste,turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt, besan and rice flour. Also add our cooked maggi. Mix them well so that all ingredients gets mixed with each other.
Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add oil . When oil is hot, bring down gas to low flame.
Take out 1 tbsp of hot oil and add into mixture and mix it well.
Make small round shape pakoda and pour into hot oil. Add all pakoda into oil and fry them till they form light brown colour. Take out into plate.
Our Maggi Pakoda is ready..!!
Serve it in a plate with Tomato Catch up or Green chutney.
