Potato Pancake Recipe | Very easy and quick recipe of Potato Pancake | Aloo ka cheela Snack Recipe
Ingredients:
Potato - 4
Onion - 2 tbsp chopped
Capsicum - 2 tbsp chopped
Carrot - 2 tbsp grated
Rice flour - 3 tbsp
Fresh Bread Crumbs - 2 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Chilly fla
kes - 1/3 tsp
Mix hurbs - 1/3 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/3 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Schezwan sauce - 1 tsp
Oil
Green chilly -1
Ginger - 1 small piece
METHOD
Peel off potatoes and grate them in a bowl.
Add rice flour, bread crumbs, black pepper, mix hurbs, chilly flakes, salt, coriander leaves.
Mix them well
Add 1 cup of water and mix it properly .Batter is ready for pancake
Take another bowl and add chopped onion and capsicum , grated carrot . Add little salt to taste.Add Schezwan sauce.
Mix them well,
Put a pan on gas with high flame. When pan is hot then turn down gas to low flame. Take batter with spoon and pour on pan. Give round shape by spreading with spoon. Now put mixed sabji over it and spread it by pressing little. Add little oil with spoon at edges of pancake. Fry it till it becomes golden brown colour which may take 2-3 min. Turn it to other side and add oil at edges. Fry it for other side till golden brown colour.
Pancake is ready. Take it in serving plate. Make all other pancakes with same process.
Serve it with tomato catch up or green chutney.
Enjoy mouth watering taste.
