RICE BONDA RECIPE | DOSA BONDA RECIPE |

INGREDIENTS :
1) Boiled Potato - 5
2) Boiled peas - 1/4 cup
3) Idli Batter - 3/4 cup
4) Green Chilly - 1
5) Small piece of ginger
6) Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
7) Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
8) Coriander powder - 1 tsp
9) Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
10) Rai ( Musterd seed ) - 1/2 tsp
11) Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
12) Oil
13) Salt - 1 tsp - As per taste

METHOD 
Take a bowl and add take Potatoes into it and smash them with smasher or grater.
Add Green chilly and ginger paste, red chilly powder, turmeric , coriander powder, garam masala, salt and pease. Mix them well so that potatoes and masalas are merged with each other.
Now put tadka pan on a gas with high flame.
Add oil and when it is hot , add Rai and Neem leaves. Wben Rai startys crackling , turn off gas.
Pour this tadaka over our mixture of potatoes.
Mix them well with help of spoon.
Make lemon size balls from paste and put them in a plate. Around 14 to 15 balls can be made.
Now add little water and salt  into Idli batter and mix them well to form consistency of batter like we make batter for Pakoda ( Not much thicker ...not much thin )
Put a wok on gas with high flame and add oil.
When oil is hot , take balls with spoon and dip it into Idli batter and add into hot oil for fry.
Do same for other balls and fry them well by turning up and down till they form light brown colour.
Take them out and put into serving plate.

Rice Bonda / Dosa Bonda is ready ..Enjoy delicious dish with Tamoto catch up / Imli chutney.
