Sugar Coated Sakarpara Recipe

INGREDIENTS :
1) Wheat Flour - 2 cup
2) Ghee - 1/4 cup
3) Oil for fry
4) Water as needed

METHOD

Preparing Dough
Take a bowl and add wheat flour and ghee. Mix them well.
Add little water ( approx 1/2 cup ) and kneed it to form stiff dough.
Keep it a side to set for 20 min.
After 20 min, kneed it for 2 min so that it becomes smooth.
Make 2 equal big peda.
Take 1 peda on board make sheet of round shape with thickness of around 2-3 mm.
Cut it go give shape of diamond with size of 1.5 inch approx with help of pizza cutter.
Prepare all sakarpara shape from another peda also.
Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil.
When oil is hot, add cut sakarpara into it and fry it till form golden brown colour.
Fry all sakarpara.

Preparing Sugar Syrup
Put a pan on gas with high flame.
Add Sugar and 1/2 cup water. Mix them well. Keep stirring. Cook Chasni till sugar is dissolved completely.
Take 1 drop of Chashni in a bowl and check with thumb and index finger. It should form 2 thread then our Chasni is ready.
Turn off gas.

Now pour all fried sakarpara into chasni and mix it properly so that all gets coated with thick sugar layer. Put them to cool down for 10 min . Keep stirring after every 2 min interval so that they dont get stuck with each other.

After 10 min. Sugar coated Sakarpara is ready.
