VERY EASY & SOFT NAN KHATAI RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE NAN KHATAI AT HOME | INDIAN SWEET RECIPE | COOKIES RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE MAIDA COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
1) Maida - 2 cup
2) Besan - 1 cup
3) Suji -3 tbsp
4) Powder sugar - 1 cup
5) Ghee - 1 cup
6) Cardamom - 5 to 7 powder

METHOD
Take a big bowl. Add ghee and powder sugar. Stir it for 5 minute till mixture becomes very fluffy and creamy texture. If you take melted ghee then need to stir for 7 minutes.
Add maida, besan, Suji , cardamom powder. Make smooth dough from them by mixing them properly. Kneed it for 2 to 3 minutes so that it become smooth.
Make small lemon size dough in hand make round shape of around 2 inch diameter by pressing it little. Make all pieces with same way. Around 20 nos of pieces can be made
Take a kadai and put on gas with high flame. Add 2 cups of salt and put it for preheat for 10 minutes.
Take Idli stand and grease moulds with ghee.
Put round shaped pieces of dough into them.
Put Idli stand into preheat kadai and bring down gas flame to slow. Cook it for 25 to 30 minutes with closing lid. Check after 25 minutes, if they are properly cooked  ( check with inserting knife in one of cookies, it it comes out without sticking any paste then it is ready ) take out stand out of Kadai.
Keep it to cool down for around 30 minutes. Dont take out Nan khatai when it is hot otherwise it may break.
Take out Nan Khatai in serving plate. Cook all other pieces of Nan Khatai with same process.
Enjoy very soft and delicious Nan Khatai is ready for mouth watering taste..!!
