झटपट बनाये टेस्टी सूजी के कटलेट /Cutlet Snacks Recipe / Rava Cutlet  सूजी वेज कटलेट्स - Veg cutlets

INGREDIENTS
  1. Suji - 1 cup
  2. Capsicum -1/2 cup chopped
  3. carrot - 1/2 cup grated
  4. cabbage - 1/2 cup grated
  5. coriander leaves chopped - 1/4 cup
  6. green chilly - 1
  7. ginger - 1 small
  8. salt - to taste /1 tsp
  9. Oil - To fry
  10. Maida - 2 tbsp
  11. Poha ( flattened Rice ) - 1/2 cup - Grinded powder
  12. Water - 2 cups
  13. chilly flakes - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add 1 tbsp oil. When oil is hot then add green chilly-ginger paste and chopped capsicum. Fry them for 1 min at low flame. Add grated carrot , cabbage, salt to taste & chilly flakes. Mix them well. Add Suji and roast it for 1 min.
Add 2 cups of water and mix them well. Cook it till it become thick paste like Upma. Turn off gas. Now let it cool down.
Add coriander leaves after it is cooled down and mix them well. Now take small of mixture in greased hand and roll it in between palms to give shape of ball and then press little to make cutlet. Keep cutlet thin so that it become crispy. Prepare all cutlets in similar way. Around 20 cutlets can be made with these ingredients.
Take 2 tbsp maida in a small bowl and little water out of 1/4 cup. Mix them well so that no lumps are left over. Add rest of water into it to form running consistency slurry.
Take one cutlet and dip it into slurry. Then dip it into Poha powder and coat it properly. Roll it in between hand so that poha powder gets stick it properly. Prepare all cutlets in similar way.
Put a pan with oil on gas with high flame. When oil is hot, add 3-4 cutlets and fry them.
Keep turning them and fry them till they become light brown colour. Take out in serving plate and fry rest of cutlets.
Suji Cutlets are ready for mouth watering taste. Serve with Tomato Catch up / Green Chutney.
