Method
Take paneer cubes in a bowl and add salt , black pepper salt & chilly ginger paste. Mix them well Let it put for marination by putting lid over it for 10 min. . Till they get marinated , cut the vegetables meanwhile.
Cut capsicum into small triangles. Cut onioon into four vertical parts and take out layers from them to use. Cut green chilly vertically into 2 pieces and then cut them into 3 equal parts and then cut into 2 parts in cross angle.
Prepare Slurry. Take maida in a bowl and add little salt and corn flour. Add little water and mix them well so that no lumps are left over. Make thin slurry by adding little more water with pouring consistency. Approx 1/3 cup of water is used.
After 10 min, take marinated paneer pieces and sprinkle maida over paneer pieces and coat them properly by mixing them. By marinated paneer they becomes soft.
Put a pan on gas with high flame and add 1 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot add ginger garlic paste, cut vegetables - capsicum, onion and green chillies., add red chiily sauce, soya sauce and tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of vinegar, black pepper powder and little saltMix them well. Add little water and mix them well to form thick gravy. Turn off gas. Add marinated paneer pieces into gravy and mix them well.
Serve it in a bowl and prinkle chopped spring onion green part over it and enjoy delicous taste..!!
