आसान तरीका - झटपट बनाये सूजी गोलगप्पा और तीखा पानी Instant Suji Pani Puri Recipe / Golgappa Recipe

Take mixer jar and add chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, ginger, salt, black salt, black pepper powder, jeera powder, pani puri masala, and lemon juice, Grind them well with 1/2 cup of water. Take it out in a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Add spicy boondi in tt. Mix them well. Keep it in freeze
Take a bowl and add suji, salt and 1/4 cup water.Mix them well and kneed it to make smooth dough. Kneed it properly. Cover it with lid and Keep it a aside for 20 min to set suji. After it kneed it 4-5 min so that it becomes smooth and soft. Make small size pedas. Take small size peda and roll it with rolling pan and make round shape thin puri of size around 2 inch.
In another easy and quick way, you can make big peda and roll it with rolling pin to make big roti. Take steel glass ( bowl ) and cut round shapes by pressing it over roti.
Now put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot add puri..around 5-6 at time. Press puri little with spoon so that all puri will blow fully.  Keep gas at low flame. . Fry them properly by keep turning till golden brown colour. Take them out and fry rest of puries. Let them cool down.
Now tasty Pani Puri - Golgappa is ready for mouth watering taste.
It can be served with Imlli chutney also if you like sweet taste.
