कलाकंद बनाने का आसान तरीका | Kalakand Recipe | Easy Kalakand recipe in Hindi | Indian Sweets

MILK - 1 LITRE
PANEER - 200 GM SMASHED
GHEE - 1 TSP
ELAICHI - 4 TO 5 POWDER
ALMOND - 8-10 CHOPPED
PISTA - 8-10 CHOPPED
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
Recipe
Put a pan on gas with low flame and add milk. Boil it for 30 to 40 minutes by keep stirring in intervals. When it is 1/3rd of total volume then add grated paneer into it.
Keep stirring continuously so that it becomes thick. Then add sugar and mix them properly till sugar is melted. Make little more thick by keep stirring . Then add cardamom powder and 1 tsp Ghee. Mix them well. Dont make more thick mixsure otherwise when we will cut the pieces it may broke. Hence keep it not too much loose or too much thick.
Now turn off gas and trasfer mixture into greased plate. Spread it and press little with flat spoon. Sprinkle chopped almonds and pista for garnishing and press little with flat spoon. Keep it aside to cool down to room temperature.
When it is cooled down then cut them into pieces of desired shape.
