झटपट बचे हुए चावल से बनाये टेस्टी कटलेट | Leftover Rice Cutlet | Leftover Rice Spinach Vada Recipe
METHOD
Take a bowl and add smashed potato. Add cooked / leftover rice and smash it with hand / mixer. Add green chilly - ginger paste, chat masala, salt to taste, spinach, corn flour, red chilly powder and chopped onion . Mix them properly and prepare smooth dough.
Grease your hand with oil and take tomato size mixture. Roll it to form round shape and then press little to give shape of flat cutlet of 3 inch. Put it in a plate and prepare all cutlet in same way.
Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot add cutlets for fry. Fry them till they become golden brown in colour and keep flipping in between so that they gets fried in both sides. Take them out in serving plate. Fry rest of cutlets.
Serve cutlets with tamato sauce, green chutney and enjoy delicious taste..!
