Neer Dosa

1) RICE FLOUR - 1 CUP
2) WATER - 2-1/4 CUP
3) SALT - TO TASTE
4) OIL - TO FRY
METHOD
Take a bowl and add rice flour, salt and 1 cup of water. Mix them well. Keep adding water and form smooth thin batter. Ensure no lumps are left over. Total 2-1/4 cup of water would be required to form batter.
Now put a pan on gas with high flame. Spread little oil over it. Take cut onion in a fork and rub over pan so that dosa can be fried properly and dont stick to pan. Take batter in a cup and pour on hot pan to give big thin round shape. Bring down gas to low flame. Spread little oil at edge of dosa and let it fry. When it start changing colour flip it and fry for other side. Check and if it is little crispy then take out.
Prepare rest of dosa in same way.
Serve it in a plate with coconut & chanadal chutney.
