मसाला अरबी बनाने की विधि | Arbi Masala Recipe | अरबी की सूखी सब्जी । Fried Arbi
  1. ARBI - 500 GM
  2. CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TBSP CHOPPED
  3. OIL - 1/3 CUP
  4. CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TBSP
  5. RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP
  6. TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
  7. GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TSP
  8. SALT TO TASTE
  9. GREEN CHILLY -1
  10. GINGER - SMALL
  11. DRY MANGO POWDER - 1/2 TSP
  12. JEERA - 1/2 TSP
METHOD
Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot , add jeera .When jeera starts crackling, add asafeatida. Add boiled arbi pieces.and salt Mix well. Keep stirring and fry till become golden brown in colour. Turn of gas after that and transfer it to a plate.
Put same pan on gas with high flame and 2 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot, turn off gas low and add ginger chilly paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and garam masala. MIx them well. Add fried arbi into it and mix well. Turn on gas to medium flame and keep mixing. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Turn off gas and transfer to serving bowl.
Enjoy delicious taste with Roti / Paratha.
