हलवाई जैसी स्वादिष्ट बालूशाही  बनाने की विधि | Badusha Recipe | Balushahi Recipe - Diwali Special
  1. SINGHADA FLOUR -3/4 CUP
  2. RAJGIRA FLOUR - 1 CUP
  3. SUGAR - 1 CUP
  4. CURD-1 TBSP
  5. GHEE - 2 TBSP
  6. BAKING SODA - 1/4 TSP
  7. CARDAMOM -3-4 POWDER
  8. MILK - AS PER NEED
METHOD
Put a pan gas and 1 cup of water and 3/4 cup of sugar. Turn on gas on high flame. Let it boil . Keep stirring and cook it till it become sticky - like honey. To check, put drop in a spoon and when it is cooled down check with finger, if it is sticky then it is ready.Turn off gas and let it cool down.
Take a bowl and add singhada flour, rajgira flour, curd, baking soda, cardamom powder and ghee. Mix them well. Add little milk and kneed it to form smooth dough like paratha.
Take lemon size lump in hand and roll it to make round ball shape. press it little to make flate and insert finger in center to make hole. Prepare all balushahi in same way.
Put a pan on gas high flame and add oil. When oil is hot add balushahi for fry. Flip them in between and fry till they become golden brown in colour. Take them out in a plate. Fry rest of balushahi in same way.
Add balushahi in sugar syrup. Insert knife in each so that sugar syrup is also embedded from inside. Keep it for 15 minutes. Take out in serving plate.
Garnish it with cashew nut powder and enjoy mouth watering taste..!!
Very delicious sweet for fasting - vrat / Upavas.
