फराली राजगिरा पराठा | Farali Aloo Paratha for Upvas Vrat  | instant Farali Paratha Recipe
1) RAJGIRA FLOUR - 250 gm
2) POTATO -3 boiled
3) Coriander leaves - 3-4 tbsp chopped
4) Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
5) Salt to taste
6) Green chilly -2
7) Ginger -1 small
8) GHEE  for  roast
METHOD
Take Rajgira flour in big bowl and add salt, red chilly powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves and smashed potatoes. Mix them well and kneed to form dough. Take little oil in hand and kneed to form smooth dough.
Take small lump in hand and roll to make peda shape.
Put a plastic bag on rolling board and put peda over it . Roll it with rolling pin to make round puri shape of around 6 inch size. Make all parathas in same.
Put a tawa on gas with high flame. When tawa is hot , put parthas for roast them. Flip them when they changes colour. Apply little ghee over them and flip them. Roast them till they become golden brown in colour. Take them out in a plate. Roast rest of all parathas in same way.
Enjoy delicious parathas during fasting as breakfast, snack with tea.
