How to Make Nachos At Home | Vegetarian Nachos Recipe | Whole Wheat Nachos

1) Nachos chips - 20
2) Onion - 1 chopped
3) Capsicum - 1 chopped
4) Tomato - 1 chopped
5) Tomato - 1 pury
6) Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
7) Cheese
8) Butter
9) Olive Oil
10) Paprica sauce / Red chilly sauce
11) Rajma - 1 cup boiled
12) Onion Powder - 1 tsp
13) Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
14) Jeera powder -1 tsp roasted
15) Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
16) Salt to taste
17) Parica poder / red chilly powder - 1 tsp
18) Caster sugar / powder sugar - 1 tsp
19) Lemon juice - 1 tsp
20) Tomato Sauce
Method
Take a bowl and add red chilly powder, garlic powder, onion powder, jeera powder, salt, caster sugar, black pepper powder. Mix them well to make dry masala.
Preparation for Salsa,
Take a bowl. Add chopped capsicum,onion, tomato, coriander leaves, tomato pury, salt , lemon juice and dry masala. Mix them well. Salsa is ready.
Preparation for Rajma
Put a pan on gas with high flame and add 2 tbsp olive oil. When oil is hot, add tomato pury, 1 tbsp dry masala. Cook it till oil starts seperating. Add 1 tsp peprika sauce as it is spicy. Add boiled rajma. MIx them well. Add 3/4 cup of water. Add some Rajma with smasher so that gravy becomes thick. Cook it till gravy gets boiling. Turn off gas now.
Preparation for Sauce.
Take a bowl. Add 3 tbsp butter, 3 tomato sauce, 1 tsp peprika sauce and 1 tsp dry masala. Microwave it for 1 min. Take it out and mix well. Sauce is ready now.
Preparing Nachos.
Take 8 nachos chips in a plate. Add 1 tbsp prepared sauce. Grate cheese over it. Microwave it for 1 min. Take it out and add 3 tbsp Rajma , 2 tbsp salsa and 1/2 tbsp sauce. Sprikle coriander leaves. Add grated cheese over it and microwave it for 1 min.
Take it out and serve.
