इडली स्टैंड में बनाये स्पॉन्जी इडली ढोकला | Idli Dhokla Recipe - Besan Dhokla Recipe
  1. BESAN -1 CUP
  2. RAVA -1/2 CUP
  3. CURD- 1 CUP
  4. SALT - TO TASTE
  5. TURMERIC POWDER -1/'4 TSP
  6. GINGER -1 SMALL
  7. RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP
  8. GREEN CHILLY - 2
  9. MUSTERED SEED -3/4 TSP
  10. ENO FRUIT SALT -3/4 TSP
  11. OIL FOR TADKA
  12. CURRY LEAVES -10-12 CHOPPED
  13. CARROT -1 GRATED
  14. CAPSICUM - 1 FINELY CHOPPED
  15. PINCH OF ASAFEATIDA
METHOD
Take a big bowl and add besan, rava, capsicum,grated carrot, turmeric powder, ginger-green chilly paste, salt and curd. Mix them well. Add little water and mix well to make smooth batter with little thick consistency. It should not flow easily through spoon.
Put Idli cooker on gas with high flame and add water. Apply oil for grease in moulds of Idli stand.
Put tadka pan on gas with high flame and 2 tbsp oil. When oil is hot, add mustered seeds, curry leaves and pinch of hing. Turn off gas.
Add tadka into batter and mix well. Add eno fruit salt and mix well for few seconds. Add batter into moulds with help of serving spoon. Fill all moulds with batter.
Put Idli stand in cooker which is hot now. Close lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Check aftrer 15 min by inserting knife into a idli dhokla and if it is not sticking then they are ready. Turn off gas and let it cool down.
Take out Idli dhokla from stand and serve in a plate.
Put tadka pan gas with high flame and 1.5 tbsp oil . When oil is hot, turn off gas and 1 tsp red chilly powder. Pour tadka over Idli dhoklas.
Idli Dhokla is ready for mouth watering soft taste. It can be served with green chutney and tomato sauce.
