बिना जारे के बूंदी | Masala Boondi Recipe With Grater | Kara Boondi Recipe | Very Easy Boondi Recipe
1) BESAN -1 CUP
2) WATER- 1/2 CUP
3)SEMOLINA (SUJI)-1 TSP
4) SALT - TO TASTE
5) RED CHILLY POWDER - AS NEEDED
6) BLACK SALT - AS NEEDED
7) OIL - TO FRY
METHOD
Take a bowl and besan, semolina, salt and water. Mix them properly to form lump free batter with help of bitter. Keep it aside for 15 minutes so that semolina is set.
After 15 minutes, put a kadhai on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot, hold grater over it with help of tong. Pour 1 serving spoon batter over grater so that boondi will flow from holes and form round shape in oil. Bring down gas to low flame . Flip them and fry till become crispy. Take them out when they are fried and crispy.
Take them out in a plate. Fry rest of boondies in same way.
sprinkle red chilly powder and black salt mixture over boondies and mix well. When they are cooled down, store in air tight jar. It can used for 1 month.
