INGREDIENTS
1) RICE -1/2 CUP
2)MUNG DAL - 1/4 CUP
3) UDAD DAL -1/4 CUP
4)TOMATO -1
5) GINGER - 1 SMALL
6) GARLIC -6
7) CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TSP
8)RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP
9) SALT - TO TASTE
10) PINCH OF BAKING SODA
11) TOMATO SAUCE
12) RED CHILLY FLAKES - 1 TSP
13) SCHEZWAN SAUCE - 1 TBSP
14)CORN FLOUR - 1 TSP
15) POTATO - 2 BOILED
16)OIL -TO FRY
METHOD
Take mixer jar and add chopped tomato, garlic , ginger, red chilly powder, salt and coriander powder. Grind them in mixer to make paste. Take out in a bowl.
Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add 2 tbsp oil. When oil is hot add 1 tbsp tomato paste and boiled potato slices. Mix them well. Then add schezwan sauce and mix them well. Add tomato sauce and chilly flakes. Add pinch of salt. Mix them well. Turn of gas.
Take them out in a plate let it cool down.
Put a tawa on gas with medium flame.
Take batter bowl and add salt to taste, corn flour and baking soda. Add little water and Mix them well.
When tawa is hot, add batter over it with help of spoon and spread it in round shape. Spread 1 tsp oil at edges. Fry till it becomes golden brown in colour. Flip it and fry for both sides. Take it out in a plate. Fry rest of roll in same way.
Take one roll in a plate and add 1 tbsp of fried potato slices. Roll it from one side and make roll. Prepare all Schezwan rolls in same way.
Enjoy very delicous Schezwan Rolls with schezwan sauce.
