शिमला मिर्च की सब्ज़ी एक बार खाओगे तो उंगलिया चाटते रहे जाओगे | Besan Shimla Mirch Recipe

Ingredients
1_ CAPSICUM - 4 Chopped
2) BESAN - 2 tbsp
3) SALT - To taste
4) CORIANDER POWDER - 1 tsp
\5) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tsp
6) DRY MANGO POWDER - 1 tsp
7) OIL - 3 tbsp
8) JEERA - 1 tsp
9) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 tsp
10) SESAME SEED - 1/2 tsp
11) JEERA POWDER - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Put a pan on gas with low flame. Add besan and roast for 2 minutes, so that raw smell is removed. Take it out in a plate.
Put a pan on gas with high flame and 3 tbsp oil. When oil becomes hot, add jeera, sesame seeds. When jeera crackles, add asafeatida and chopped capsicum. Mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Bring down gas to low. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, jeera powder, salt to taste, mango powder. Mix them well. Add roasted besan and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes without lid . AFter 3 minutes check.
It it is cooked, turn off gas. Take out in serving bowl.
Serve with Roti / Puri / Paratha and aenjoy delicious taste.
