दाल पालक अगर इस तरह बनायेंगे तो  उंगलिया चाटते रहे जाओगे | Dal Palak Dhaba Style Recipe
Very delicious and helathy Dal Palak is made with Moong Dal and Spinach which is very easy and quick to make with my recipe.

INGREDIENTS
1) SPINACH - 1 cup ( Chopped )
2) MUNG DAL - 1/2 cup - Soaked for 2 hours
3) TOMATO - 2 Chopped
4) ONION - 1 Chopped
5) JEERA - 1 tsp
6) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tsp
7) GARAM MASALA - 1/2 tsp
8) GREEN CHILLY -2
9) GARLIC - 7-8
10) GINGER - SMALL
11) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/3 tsp
12) CORIANDER POWDER - 1 tsp
13) SALT - To taste
14) DRY RED CHILLY - 2
15) ASAFEATIDA - 1/4 tsp
16) OIL -  5  tbsp

Method
Put a pressure cooker in gas with high flame. Add 5 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot, add jeera, whole red chilly and asafeatida. When jeera starts crackling, add garlic-ginger- green chilly paste, chopped onion and mix them well. Fry for 2 minutes till onion becomes light pink in colour.
Add chopped tomoto, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, and coriander powder. Mix them well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped spinach leaves and soaked mung dal. Mix them well. Add salt to taste and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add garam masala and 1-1/4 cup of water. Mix well. Cook till it starts boiling.
Close cooker lid and cook for 3 whistle on high flame. Turn off gas and let it cool down.
Open cooker when it is cooled down and pressure is released. Take it out in serving bowl.
Serve with Roti / Puri / Paratha / Naan / Rice / Pulao and enjoy delicious taste.
