होटल जैसी दाल फ्राई तड़का बनाने का सही तरीका -Dal Tadka Punjabi Style | Restaurant style Dal Fr
Ingredients
1)  TUVAR DAL - 1/5 CUP
2) TOMATO - 2
3) ONION -1
4) GREEN CHILLY -2
5) GINGER - SMALL
6) SALT - TO TASTE
7) TURMERIC POWER - 1 TSP
8) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/2  TSP
9) KASHMIRI RED CHILLY - 1 TBSP
10) JEERA - 1 TSP
11) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CUP
12) GHEE - 5 TBSP
13) DRY RED CHILLY - 2
14) GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
15) ASAFEATIDA - 1/4 TSP
METHOD
Wash dal with fresh water.
Put a cooker on gas . Add washed dal and 2 cup of water. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste. Close lid of cooker. Turn on gas on high flame. Cook for 5 whislte. Turn off gas after 5 whistle.
Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add 3 tbsp of oil. When ghee becomes hot, add jeera, whole red chilly. When jeera starts crackling, add asafeatida, grated ginger and chopped onion. Mix well. When onion becomes light golden brown in colour then add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and green chilly. Mix well. Cook till tomato becomes soft. Add boiled dal into it. Mix well.
Add 1 cup of water into it and mix well. Cook till dal starts boiling. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Turn off gas.
Transfer it into serving bowl.
Put tadaka pan on gas with high flame. Add left over ghee. When ghee becomes little hot then turn off gas. Add kashmiri red chilly powder and pour it immediately over dal .
Serve with Rice / Pulao / Paratha and enjoy delicious taste.
