जब बनाना हो झटपट नास्ता तो बनाये कुरकुरे गोबी ६५ | Gobi 65 - Cauliflower 65 Restaurant Style

Ingredients :
1) CAULI FLOWER - 500 gm Florist and blanched in hot water for 3 min
2) GREEN CHILLY - 1
3) GINGER - Small
4) SALT - To taste
5) GARLIC - 6
6) BLACK PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 tsp
7) MAIDA - 3 tbsp
8) CORN FLOUR - 4 tbsp
9) CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 tbsp
10) CURRY LEAVES - 15 Finely chopped
11) RED CHILLY PASTE - 1 tsp
METHOD
Take a big bowl. Add corn flour and all purpose flour. Add ginger - garlic - green chilly paste, black pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, shopped curry leaves, red chilly paste and salt to taste. Add little water and mix well to make smooth batter. Keep pouring consistency.
Add blanched florist into it. Mix well. Coat them properly from all sides.
Put a wok on gas with high flame and add oil for fry. When oil becomes hot add coasted florist one by one with help of spoon. Fry till they become golden brown in color. When they become light golden brown in color then take them out in a plate. Fry rest of florist in same way.
Fry them second time in oil so that they become crunchy. Take them out in serving plate.
Serve with tomato sauce and fried green chilly and enjoy very delicious taste.
