रेस्टोरेंट जैसी मटर पनीर की सब्जी बनाने का तरीका | Matar Paneer Recipe |  Mutter Paneer Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1) PANEER - 200 gm
2) GREEN  PEAS - 150 gm ( Frozen or boiled )
3) ONION - 2
4) TOMATO -2
5) GREEN CHILLY -1
6) GARLIC -10
7) GINGER - 1 small
8) BAY LEAF - 1
9) RED CHILLY POWDER - 2 tsp
10) CORIANDER POWDER - 2 tsp
11) SALT - To taste
12) ASAFEATIDA - 1/4 tsp
13) JEERA POWDER - 1 tsp
14) JEERA -1 tsp
15) TURMERIC POWDER - 1 tsp
16) GARAM MASALA - 1/2 tsp
17) OIL -- 4 tbsp
18) QUSOOORI METHI - 1/2 tsp
19) CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Put a pan on gas with high flame add 1 tsp oil.When oil is became hot add chopped onion ,tomatoes garlic mix them well. Roast tomato and onion for five minute on medium  flame. When onion changed colour in light pink than turn off gas. Take out tomato and onion in mixi jar add green chilly ginger and grind them properly.paste is ready .
Take a pan and put ot on gas with high flam add oil when oil is hot add jeera after crackling jeera add pinch of hing bay leaf and tomato paste mix them well.Keep flame on low add 1/2 cup water in mixi jad and add that water in pan mix them well add turmeric powder red chilly powder jeera powder mix properly close the lid cook for 5 minute .cheque after 5minute oil is seprating from gravy  than add paneer peas salt to taste quasoori methi garam masala and mix properly. Add 1/4 cup hot water and add corianderleaves mix them well cook for 2 minute.When subji started get boiling turn off gas. Take out subji in serving bowl serve it with roti ,puru, chapati.nan, rice, pulav etc.
