मेथी मटर मलाई की रेसिपी जिसे खाने बाद उंगलिया चाटते रहे जाओगे   | Methi Mutter Malai Curry |
INGRIDIENTS
FENUGREEK LEAVES - 2 CUP
GREEN PEAS - 1 CUP
MAVA - 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLY - 2
GINGER SMALL
GARLIC - 8 SMALL
MILK - 1 CUP
SALT TO TASTE
CINAMON STICK - 1
BLACKPEPPER - 6 TO 8
CLOVES - 4
CARDAMUM - 6
SUGAR - 1 TSP
KASOORI METHI - 1/2 TSP
BUTTER - 3 TBSP
CASHUENUT - 1/2 CUP
METHOD
Put a -pan on gas with high flame add 1/2 tsp butter .When butter is heated add chopped onion, green chilly garlic .. dry spices and mix well . Roast for 3 minutes . When onion changed its colour , turn off gasand take out inthe plate for cool down .
Meanwhile take a pan and put it on gas. Add 1 cup of water keep flame high . Add salt to taste . Add fenugreek leaves and boil for 5 minutes. Add pinch of baking soda and mix well . Let it boil for 5 minutes . After 5 minutes turn off gas.
Take a mixi jar and add roasted onion and dry spices. Add 1/4 cup of water in mixi jar. Grind it properly in mixer. Onion paste is ready . Add cashunut and 2tbsp of water and grind it in mixir. Paste is ready .
Put a pan on gs with high flame . You can use ghee or oil instead of butter . When butter is hot , bring downto flame and add onion grave and mix it well . Add 1 cup of water in mixer jar and stir it well add that water in pan. Add smashed mava. Mix well and make smooth paste . Add frozen peas and add boiled fenugreek leaves after squeezing water from it properly . Mix it well . Add milk ,sugar , salt to taste amd mix well . Cook it foe 5 minutes till it become thick paste . Add cream adding cream in subji makes rich subji. Mix it well until it start boilingand keep stirring . Gravy has started boiling now. Add quasoori methi crushed between palm .  Subji is ready to serve with naan , roti, paratha etc......
