घर पर रेस्टोरेंट स्टाइल मिक्स वेज सब्जी कैसे बनाते हैं - Restaurant Style Mix Vegetable

Ingredients
1)  CARROT - 1 MEDIUM CHOPPED
)2) CAPSICUM - 1 SMALL
3) CAULIFLOWER - 1/2 CUP CHOPPED
4)FRENCH BEAN - 1/2 CUP CHOPPED
5) GREEN PEAS BOILED OR FROZEN - 1/2 CUP
6) GINGER - 1 SMALL
7) GREEN CHILLY - 1
8) GARLIC - 10
9) ONION - 2 SMALL
10) TOMATO - 1 BIG chopped
11) CASHUNUT - 1/4 CUP
12) OIL - 1/2 CUP
13) CREAM (HOMEMADE OR READT) 1/4 CUP
14) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
15) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP
16) CUMIN POWDER - 1/2 TSP
17) GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TSP
18)QUSOORI METHI - 1/2 TSP
METHOD
Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add 1 tsp oil. When oil becomes hot, add chopped tomato, onion, green chilly, ginger and garlic. Mix well and fry. Add cashew nuts and fry for 3 minutes. Turn off gas. Transfer them into big plate and let them cool down.
When they are cooled, grind them in mixer jar and prepare paste.
Put a pan on gas with high flame and add 1/4 cup of oil. Add chopped cauliflower, carrot and french bean. Mix well and fry till they become crunchy in open condition.
Add capsicum and mix well. Cook for 1 minute. After 1 minute, transfer sabzi into a bowl.
Use same pan for fry and put it on gas with low flame. Add oil 1/4 cup of oil. When oil becomes hot, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and gravy. Mix well. Add 1-1/4 cup of water and mix well. Boil it . When it boiling, then add fried sabzi and green peas. Add salt to taste. Add coriander powder, jeer powder, and quasoori methi by grinding in hand. Mix well.
Close lid and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes check it. If oil starts separating from sabzi then it is ready. Add creame, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Turn off gas.
Transfer Sabzi into serving bowl
Serve with Roti  / Puri / Parath  / Naan and enjoy delicious taste.
