हरे प्याज की सब्जी जिसे खाकर उंगलिया चाटते रहे जाओगे | Spring Onion Sabzi | Hare Pyaz ki Sabzi
INGREDIENTS
1)  GREEN ONION - 500 gm
2) BESAN - 1 cup
3) OIL - 1/3 cup
4) JEERA - 1 tsp
5) GREEN CHILLY - 2
6) GINGER - 1 Small
7) SALT - To taste
8) PINCH OF ASAFEATIDA
9) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tsp
10) CORIANDER POWDER - 2 tbsp
11) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp
12) LEMON JUICE - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
gas to low flame. Add jeera, Asafeatida, ginger-chilly paste, turmeric powder and chopped spring onion. Mix well. Close lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Check after 2 minutesPut non stick pan over gas with high flame. Add 1/4 cup of oil. When oil is hot bring down  and mix well. Add besan into it. Add coriander powder, red chilly powder and salt to taste. Mix them well properly. Keep gas flame to low. Close lid and cook for 4-5 minutes. Check after 5 minutes. Mix well and add lemon juice. When sabzi starts seperting from pan, it is cooked. Turn off gas.
Take out sabzi in serving plate.
Serve with Khichdi / Roti / Puri / Paratha and enjoy delicious taste.
