मुंबई स्टाइल तवा पुलाव बनाने का तरीका | Tawa Pulao Recipe-Mumbai Style Tawa Pulao

Ingredients
1) BOILED RICE - 3 cup
2) ONION -2 chopped
3) GINGER - GARLIC PASTE - 1 tsp
4) BELL PEPPER - 1 chopped
5) TOMATO - 3
6) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 cup chopped
7)BOILED POTATO - 2
8) GREEN CHILLY - 1
9) PAV BHAJI MASALA - 1 tbsp
10) SALT - To taste
11) BUTTER - 2 tbsp
12) BOILED GREEN PEAS - 1 cup
13) GARAM MASALA - 1/2 tsp
14) KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 TSP
METHOD
Put a tawa on gas with high flame and butter. When butter is melted , add jeera. When jeera starts crackling, add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes. When onion becomes light pink in colour then add garlic-ginger paste and cook for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomato and mix well. Close lid and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, check it. If tomatoes are cooked then add capsicum, pav bhaji masala, chopped green chilly. and red chilly powder. Mix well. Close lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Add boiled potato and salt to taste. Mix well. Add green peas and mix well. Add boiled rice , garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well with two flat spoon , lightly so that rice granules do not breaks. Turn off gas
Transfer to serving serving bowl.
Serve with curd / raita and enjoy delicious taste
