INGREDIENTS :
1) SAGO - 250 GM
2) GROUND NUTS - 3/4 CUP ROASTED & POWDER
3) POTATO - 2
3) NEEM LEAVES 
4) JEERA - 1 TBSP
5) BLACK PEPPER POWDER - 1 TSP
6) OIL - 1/3 CUP
7) GREEN CHILLY - 5-6
8) GINGER - BIG 1.5 "
9) SALT TO TASTE
10) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CUP CHOPPED
11) LEMON -1 JUICE

Method,
Take sago in a bowl and water. Wash properly and remove water. Add little water upto level of sago and let it set down for 3 hours by closing lid over it.

Check after 3 hours, sago granuals are set. Cut potatoes into small pieces.

Put heavy bottom kadhai on gas and add oil. when oil is hot, add jeera, neem leaves, ginger chilly paste. Mix well. Fry for few seconds. Add cut potatores and fry well. Bring down gas flame to low and close lid to cook it. Check after 3 minutes and salt to taste. Mix well. Close lid and cook it. Check it by breaking by spoon and if it getting cut easily then it is cooked.

Add soaked sago and mix well. Close lid and cook for 2 minutes. Add groundnut powder, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix well. Close lid and cook . After few minutes, check it. If it is cooked then turn off gas. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Serve it in a plate and curd. Enjoy mouth watering taste
