सूजी के टेस्टी मालपुए बनाने का अनोखा तरीका /Instant Suji Tasty Malpua Re...

Ingredients :

Suji - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Powder sugar - 1/2 cup
Oil for fry
Pinch of nutmeg powder
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cinamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Pistachio - 10 chopped
cream - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp

Method :

Take a bowl and add semolina, cream, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, netmeg powder, baking powder and milk. Mix well. Prepare smooth batter of medium consistency and ensure no lumps are formed. Close lid and let it set for 15 minutes. 

Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup. Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add 1 glass of water and sugar. Mix well so that it gets desolve in water. We do not any thread in syrup but need like honey. Stir and prepare syrup. Turn off gas.

Put a kadhai on gas with high flame. Add oil for fry. When oil is hot, pour malpua with help of serving spoon. It will form round shape when pouring. Make it size of around 4 inch. Add oil over malpua and fry till they become golden brown in color from both side. Take them out in a plate. Fry rest of malpua in same way.

Malpua and sugar syrup are ready. Add malpua into sugar syrup and keep it for 4-5 minutes so that they abosrb syrup properly and become sweet in taste. 

Take them out in serving plate. Garnish with chopped pista.
