वजन घटाने के लिए ये नास्ता जरूर खाये
INGREDIENTS :
1) BREAD SLICE - 10-12
2)GREEN PEAS - 1/4 CUP
3) BOILED POTATO -2
4) BESAN - 1 CUP
5) CURD - 1/4 CUP
6) ONION -1 CHOPPED
7) PINCH OF ASAFEATIDA
8) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 TBSP CHOPPED
9) SALT TO TASTE
10) GREEN CHILLY -1 CHOPPED
11) JEERA - 2 TSP
12) MUSTERED SEED - 1 TSP
13) GINGER - SMALL
14) TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TSP
15) CURRY LEAVES - 10-12
16) CHILLY FLAKES - 1/2 TSP
17) DRY MANGO POWDER - 1/TSP
18) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP
19) GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
20) OIL - 2 TBSP

Method
Take bread slice and put on plate. Take cookie cutter or glass and press over it to cut into round shape. Prepare all breads with round shape.

Put kadhai on gas with high flame. Add oil. When oil is hot, add jeera. After crackling jeera, add chopped onion. Roast till onion become light pink in color. Add chopped green chilly and ginger paste. Mix well and roast for few seconds. Add turmeric powder & red chilly powder. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Smash potato and add in it. Mix well. Add peas , salt to taste, garam masala, dry mango powder & chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.  Smash stuffing so that all ingredients mix well and form smoothness. Turn off gas and take out stuffing in a plate. Let it cool down.

Take round plate and apply stuffing with spoon. Put it in plate . Take another slice and apply stuffing with spoon. Put it over first stuffed slice . Prepare rest of slices in same way.

Take a bowl and add besan, curd, red chilly flakes, salt to taste. Add little water and prepare batter. Ensure no lumps are formed and consistency is free flowing.

Take a plate and grease with oil. Put a kadhai on gas and 2 glass of water. Put stand in it. Put greased plate over stand. Turn on gas with high flame. Take stuffed slice and dip into besan batter and put into greased plate. This process need to do fast otherwise bread slice can break down. Put other bread slices in same way as maximum as possible. Close lid on it and cook for 5 minutes.

Check after 5 minutes. If they are cooked turn off gas and let them cool down. Take out in plate with help of flat spoon.

Put pan on gas with high flame. add 1 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot, add mustered seeds, jeera. When they crackles, add curry leaves and asafeatida. Add steamed bread slices in it and fry till it becomes crisp from both sides. Take out in serving plate.

Breakfast is ready. Serve with green chutney, tomato sauce and enjoy delicious taste.
