INGREDIENTS :
1) MANGO -2
2) MILK - 500 ML
3) SUGAR - 1/4 CUP
4) SOAKED RICE - 2 TBSP
5) CARDAMOM - 3-4 POWDER
6) PISTACHEO - 10 CHOPPED

Method
Put a pan with milk on gas with high flame . When it starts boiling, bring down gas to low flame.

Take a mixer jar and add soaked rice. Add 2 tbsp water and grind to make smooth paste

Paste is ready. Add it into boiling milk and stir immediately . Mix it with whisk so that no lumps are formed. Keep gas flame on low flame and keep boiling. After 3 minutes , add sugar and mix well.

Take mixer jar and add cut pieces of mango. Grind it to make paste. When boiling rice become thick than take another pan and add mango pulp into it. Put it on gas and cook till it become little dark in color. Add cardamom powder, chopped pista and mix well. Turn off gas.

Cook phirni for 10 minutes to make it thick and then add mango pulp into it. Mix well. Turn off gas. Let it cool down. Take it out in a bowl and put in freeze for 2 hours.

Take out after 2 hours and garnish with pista.

Enjoy mouth watering taste of Mango Phirni.!!!
