INGREDIENTS :
1) SEMOLINA - 1.5 CUP
2) OIL 
3) CORIANDER LEAVES = 1/4 CUP CHOPPED
4) CURD - 1/4 CUP
5) MUSTERED SEED - 1 TBSP
6) GREEN CHILLY - 3
7) SALT TO TASTE
8) ENO - 1 TBSP
9) GINGER - 1 SMALL & GREEN CHILLY PASTE

Method,
Take big bowl and suji, salt to taste, curd, ginger chilly paste. Add little water and mix well to make batter. Ensure for medium consistency batter. Close lid and let it set for 15 minutes. After that batter is set and ready.

Put kadhai on gas with high flame. Put stand and add 1.5 cup of water. Close lid and let it boil. Meanwhile grease a tin with oil . When water is boiling , add eno in batter and mix immediately. Do this process quickly. Batter is fluffy now. Transfer into greased tin. Tap tip to sep properly. Put tin in steamer. Close lid and cook for 20 minutes. Check after 20 minutes with help of knife . If it come out easily without sticking then Dhokla is ready. Turn off gas. Let it cool down. Unmould it in a plate.

Put tadka pan on gas with high flame. Add oil. When oil is hot, add mustered seeds, cut green chilly, Fry little  Turn off gas.

Cut dhokla into pieces with help of kinfe. Pour tadka over it with help of spoon. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve them in dish with green chutney and enjoy mouth watering taste.
