सूजी और आलू का झटपट बन जाने वाला टेस्टी नास्ता जरुर देखे | Rava Namkeen ...

INGREDIENTS :
1) SUJI - 1 CUP
2) POTATO - 2 BOILED
3) POTATO - 2 RAW
4) SALT TO TASTE
5) CHILLY FLAKES - 2 TSP

Method:
First prepare dough. For that , put a pan on gas and add 1.5 cup of water. Turn on gas with high flame and let it boil. Add suji when it boiling. Mix well so that no lumps are formed. When dough is prepared then turn off gas. Transfer to a plate.

Remove skin of raw potato and grate them. To remove starch from them, add it in water in a bowl and wash properly. Wash 2 times so that startch is removed. Due to raw potato, it becomes crispy when fried. Remove water from it by filter through sieve. Squeeze it so that all water is removed.

Add it in suji dough. Add boiled potato after smashing . Add chilly flakes and salt to taste. Mix properly and make dough.

Take rectangle plate and grease with oil. Spread dough with help of spoon to make thick layer. Keep it in freeze for 10 minutes to set properly  After 10 minutes, take it out and cut into square pieces with help of knife.

Put a tawa pan on gas and add little oil. When oil is hot, put pieces one by one. Fry them from both sides till they become crispy. Take them out in serving  plate. Fry all pieces in same way.

Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney and enjoy delicious taste.
