जामा मस्जिद वाला लाजवाब शाही टुकड़ा बनाने का सीक्रेट तरीका | Shahi tukda ...

INGREDIENTS :
1) BREAD SLICE - 12
2) MAWA - 100 GM GRATED
3) SUGAR - 1.5 CUP
4) TUTTI FRUTTI - FOR GARNISHING
5) CORN FLOOR - 1/4 CUP
6) PINCH OF FOOD COLOR
7) GHEE OR OIL FOR FRY

Method
Put a pan gas with high flame. Add sugar and 1 glass of water. Keep stirring to desolve sugar in water. Meanwhile fry breadslices.

For that put a pan on gas wigh high flame. Add ghee. When ghee is hot , add bread slices without corner for fry till they become light golden brown in color and crispy. Take them out and put in a plate. Fry all bread slices in same way.

Check sugar syrup. Add little orange food color. Mix well. We dont need any thread in syrup. Turn off gas.

Take big plate. Put fried bread slices into sugar syrup and keep it for 3-4 minutes so that they absorbs syrup properly. Take them out and put in plate. and do same process for all slices.

Take corn flour in a bowl and add 2 times water. mix well . Put a pan on gas with high flame and add milk. When milk starts boiling, add corn flour pury. Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. Keep stirring and boiling on low flame for 3-4 minutes so that cream can be ready with thick consistency.

Now add sugar syrup over bread slices as we have not added any sugar in creame. Add creame over bread slices in hot condition. Cover it properly to form layer over bread.  Spread tutti frooti over it.

Shahi tukda is ready. Put it in freeze for 2 hours.

Serve it in plate after that and enjoy mouth watering taste.
