ingredients :
1) POHA - 2 CUP(BITTEN RICE)
2) POTATO - 3 BOILED
3) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CUP (CHOPPED)
4) ONION - 1 (CHOPPED)
5) SALT TO TASTE
6)CHAAT MASALA - 1 TSP
7)RED CHILLY POWDER- 1 TSP
8) RICE FLOUR - 2 TBSP
9)OIL FOR FRY
10) GREEN CHILLY - 2
11) GINGER SMALL

Method :
Take poha in a bowl and add 3 cups of water upto level of poha.  Keep it for 3 minutes.

After3 minutes, wash it properly and remove water by filtering through sieve. Remove all water by squeezing as we need dry poha.

Take smashed potato in a bowl. Add soaked poha, Add chaat masala, chopped onion, red chilly powder, ginger - chilly paste, rice flour, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix well and prepare dough. 

Take big lemon size lump in hand and roll it to give cylinderical shape Prepare all rolls in same way. 

Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot, add rolls one by one. Fry them till they become golden brown in color and crispy. Take them out in serving plate. Fry all rolls in same way.

Serve Poha rolls with tomato sauce or green chutney and enjoy delicious taste.
